On the south bank of the river Douro, in front of the historical district of Porto, there’s a steep and panoramic area, full of high trees. That is where the housing project was to be settled. The very thin (5 metres) and winding buildings, perpendicular to the river, are intended to grant the best view both from the flats and from the water: they represent a possible landscape relationship between the river and the mountain.
